If you want a better body, it really doesn’t require too, many things to make a change.
However, one thing that does seem to work very well is to simply tell your friends what your goal is.
I’ll admit, you do have to be careful when you do this.
Telling people your goals and your big plans can often draw in a lot of negativity.
They tell you reasons as to why you can’t do it.
Or why you shouldn’t do
it.
In all seriousness, that should be more fuel for the fire to prove them wrong.
But, at the same time, telling your friends your fitness goals will put yourself in a position to be held accountable.
How would you feel if you never achieved your goal and you became the laughing stock?
Not good, right?
This is why being held accountable is very powerful.
It’s almost as if you are being pulled in the direction to achieve what you set out
to do.
It’s like you MUST get it done.
And this is, my friend, is the start of all success.
Of course, just a decision is not enough.
You need a plan to help materialize that
vision.
