But if you look at the science, our insulin spikes every time we eat.
Did you know that
insulin is a fat storing hormone?
To put it simply, every time we eat, our body stores fat.
Don’t get the wrong idea and go on a food strike!
We need to eat.
BUT, eating less DOES mean we burn more
fat.
Because our insulin is spiking less frequently.
Follow the science.
This is a simple way to get your dream body.
But we’ll keep failing.
Until we LESS of the things that are inhibiting our progress.
