For most people, they will never achieve a great body.
They have a disease.
It’s called perfectionism.
They feel like they must have all their ducks in a row before they commit and start taking action to be on their way to achieving what they set out to do.
Even worse, this is something that can carry over in other areas of your life if it is present in one area.
While i understand what an obstacle perfectionism can be, I’m one who is still
willing to give people the benefit of the doubt.
I realize that the health and fitness industry has a lot of misinformation on the internet, in magazines, on TV and so on and so forth.
With that, it can be pretty tough to decipher what is actually GOOD information, and what is bad.
And this can cause confusion.
It can cause a little fear too, because many people would feel like they aren’t doing the right things.
After all, fear is false evidence appearing real.
That’s all it is, and to get past that, you just go for
it.
Experience truly is the best teacher.
Either that, or you can simply follow a proven plan of action steps that many people, myself included, have gotten amazing results from.
