The supplement companies believe in what is called The Placebo Effect.
You may already know what it is.
If not, go look it
up.
This basically states that an individual experiences beneficial factors or results that aren’t actually contributed to the placebo itself.
It is a powerful, concept in psychology.
Even more so, it proves the power of the mind.
All of the fat burners, protein shakes and things of that sort that promise us an end result are robbing us of our money.
The reason being is because it’s not the supplement that delivers the results.
It is the fact that we BELIEVE we will get the results by taking the supplement and because we BELIEVE it, we
experience it.
Our beliefs are powerful and it is true that they shape their reality.
But just believing that you will get your best body is only half of the battle.
It is the first step.
But paring that
belief up with a sound, action plan to bring it to reality is the 2nd half of the battle.
