There is a BIG, FAT MYTH circulating in the fitness industry.
They keep pushing this idea that eating six small meals a day and somehow
this is going to help people achieve their health and fitness goals.
No disrespect intended, but this is NONSENSE!
I’ve been researching weight loss methods for a while now and I’ve found quite the opposite to be true.
The best way to achieve your dream body is not going to be six
small meals a day.
Then why is this the advice that’s being dished out left and right?
To be quite honest with you, it’s to line the pockets of the supplement companies, food companies, and other companies that only want people to consume, consume, consume.
When it comes down to
it, this advice is messing with our hormones and throwing our bodies out of whack.
Hormones play a huge role in our overall health, but they aren’t everything.
But it would still be irresponsible to say that it’s not important to know how to manage them and how they come together with everything else like diet, exercise, and water when it comes to
getting fit.
