I know we hear stories about fitness models and bodybuilders going on crazy diets such as all tuna, fish and chicken diets.
But cut the B.S.!
They may do that stuff, yes, but they know that it isn’t sustainable.
Furthermore, they know that the key to really getting a fit, healthy body is to adopt a plan that they can stick to.
When this happens, results
are much more predictable.
Than with a special diet that “claims” to get you ripped in a week.
It’s just not realistic.
So…
Don’t really get caught
up on the so called diet “rules” that you need to be implementing in your lifestyle.
Because your diet plays a role, but it isn’t everything.
More than anything, it is all about finding an eating regimen that you can sustain and sync with all of the other factors at play to get your best body.
