As made famous by Albert Einstein…

Not only that, you would think that running in circles would get tired, don’t you think?
Sure, hamsters may run on the wheel for exercise, but there eventually comes a point in time where they get tired.
This is how many people are when it comes to changing their bodies, shedding the unwanted fat and looking good in anything that they wear.
They don’t see that they are making any progress, and one day they just decide to give up because it's a less painful route to take.
This is the point of no return.
