I could remember a while back - well, how could I forget.
When I first
set out on my journey to get healthy, get fit and get that lean physique that i’ve always wanted, I really went the extra mile.
Weird, bodybuilding crash diets such as tuna and spinach…
Vigorous amounts of exercise upon waking and in the night before retiring to bed…
It’s safe to say that I tried just about everything to lose weight.
But for the life of me, I just couldn’t get my stubborn body fat to budge.
I felt
lost.
I felt hopeless..
And I wanted go just give up.
I was just about ready to throw in the towel…
Until I stumbled across this
Once the fat started melting off my body, I never looked
back.
I became ADDICTED to the feeling of getting healthier…
