Self-Hypnosis…
“What is it exactly?”
“Is it actually going to help me?”
I had the same questions when I first heard about it.
So let's get into it.
The basis for understanding self-hypnosis is that it serves as a direct bridge to the subconscious mind.
If you’ve even scratched the surface of the personal development world then you’ve
heard at least some discussion about the subconscious mind and the role it plays in our success.
It is often referred to as the “God Brain” because it is directly responsible for the things we experience in our daily life.
If we experience good things or bad things, the cause for either can be found in our subconscious and the effect is our results.
When under hypnosis, our mind enters a dream-like state where it runs on theta brain waves.
The subconscious mind also
operates via theta wavelengths.
So what does this mean?
When in this theta space, we can access our subconscious mind and reprogram it.
We can access our negative thoughts and our doubts and replace them with our hopes and aspirations.
Eventually, our minds will establish a new ‘baseline’ of thinking and our subconscious will automatically act in alignment with our goals.
To make a long story short…
Self-hypnosis can be very effective.
That being
said…
It can take some practice to master the art of self-hypnosis if you plan on performing it for yourself.
Another option is hiring a hypnotist, but this can be very expensive.
Luckily for you, I have something even easier and more effective to share with
you.
