Habits can make or break you.
They can either make the journey to your goals an uphill battle, or they can seamlessly get you to where you’re going.
So you’re
probably asking…
If habits are so important, then what habits do I need to adopt to achieve success?
There’s one in particular that I’ve fostered and it really has done wonders for me.
Sometimes when I am working towards something, I get discouraged.
Or if doubt starts creeping in…
I tell that part of my mind to shut up.
And I change the channel.
I redirect my thoughts.
Something I do to help with this is watch motivational videos on
YouTube.

This usually gets me out of whatever mental slump I’m stuck in and puts me back on a positive wavelength.
That’s one thing that you can do.
