I wondered why.

Well, it turns out the next version ended up being pretty watered down when compared against the original.

I’m not exactly sure what was taken out.

And one could also make the argument that they added things in before releasing the final copy.

Which is possible.

There is a “secret” laid out in every chapter of the book, and supposedly, when you notice it in each chapter then you’ll have the secret to wealth.

However, in the beginning of the book (in the beginning of the preface actually), Napoleon Hill states this famous quote:

“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and bring itself to believe, it can achieve.”

And I think that’s the true secret.

Let’s say you want to earn $1 million.

Before you even set out to try, you must first believe that you can earn $1 million.
