Have you seen what all this fuss on YouTube has been about lately?

Okay, i’ll cut you some slack ;-)

There is always fuss on YouTube about something.

It’s blown up over the past couple years.

But if you’re a personal development junky, like myself, then you probably watch many videos on this topic.

Chances are you came across something called the Quantum Jumping technique that people are using to change their lives.

Here’s how it works.

You get two glasses but fill one with water.

The one with the water label it OLD

The empty glass you label NEW.

When you fill the OLD glass with water, grab hold of it and focus on a current situation that you want to change in your life.

Focus on how it is bothering you.

Really feel it.

Then pour those contents into the NEW glass.

Now, feel as if that situation has been changed.

See yourself happy that the struggle is now over.

Really feel this as well.

Then you will go ahead and drink the water out of the NEW glass.

And wait for your life to change.

So, does it work?

Does it really work to change your life?

Or is it just a load of crap.

Some people swear by it.

Some people swear at it LOL

As for me, I have absolutely no clue, because I have never tried it.

But I HAVE tried this and this DOES WORK.

And can only fail if you don’t do it
