I want to share an experience I had with a prospective student who wanted my
advice about internet marketing.
This guy was "educated."
But he was still
struggling.
He had a job but it wasn't making him enough to make ends meet.
A friend of his helped him reach me.
When I first met him, I sensed that he was arrogant. Nonetheless, I let it slide.
But as I start teaching him the basics, he starts acting as though internet
marketing is beneath him.
Finally, I just had to ask him.
"Why are you even
here?"
He rudely replied that he didn't know how I could possibly make money.
That was it
for me. I packed up my laptop and walked away, leaving him with a confused expression on his face.
I didn't care. He was NOT serious.
I have no time to waste on people who didn't even want to take the first step, much less hear about it.
Instead of going to meet him, I could have been working on boosting my business further.
